Quality Control Service

If you have already purchased goods from your supplier or used the purchasing service and want to thoroughly inspect each unit of the product, we offer the "Quality Control" service. We divide quality inspection into two main options:

1. Standard InspectionThis is an inspection of small and medium-sized batches of goods, which are usually delivered to our warehouse. The rate for standard inspection is based on

the quantity and properties of the goods. Products are divided into two types: simple and complex.

• Simple goods (e.g., clothing, footwear, bags, jewelry, etc.):

• 0-300 pcs: $0.30/pc

• 301-1000 pcs: $0.25/pc

• 1000+ pcs: $0.20/pc

• Complex goods (e.g., electronics, mechanical goods, products with complex functions):

• 0-300 pcs: $0.35/pc

• 301-1000 pcs: $0.30/pc

• 1000+ pcs: $0.25/pc

If the weight of one unit exceeds 500 g, the rate increases by 10%-30%.

2. AQL InspectionThis option is used for selective inspection of large batches of goods when a full unit-by-unit inspection is not cost-effective. AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit)

inspection involves sending an inspector to the factory.

AQL inspection is conducted in accordance with a statistical table, which provides data on the percentage of defective items in the batch. The inspector performs a random inspection of the goods based on the technical specifications provided by the client. A detailed report is prepared based on the inspection results, and the client decides whether the batch passes the inspection or not. If the percentage of defects is acceptable, the goods are shipped to the buyer. If the defect rate is high, the client may request compensation or demand that the factory rework the goods.

An inspector's working day is approximately 6 hours, excluding travel time and lunch. The service cost starts at $150 per working day, excluding transportation expenses. The final amount will be communicated to the client in the commercial proposal after a detailed review of the technical specifications.
